Orthopedic insoles for heel spur

They are equivalent to custom-made orthopedic insoles for plantar fasciitis made by a specialist podiatrist. Now I have one pair for plantar fasciitis made by a specialist and another from Podoways. They look similar, except the specialist ones are glued inside a pair of sneakers, while the others I can slip into any shoe.

At last, insoles that support the foot perfectly well. Unlike good (and expensive) custom-made orthopedic insoles that are very hard and cause a lot of pain to the metatarsals that moved during a minor accident, these insoles are finally soft yet gently realign the arch of the foot while being firm enough to last for many months, support the foot, and realign the ankle properly. From the first days of use, you notice the difference. Naturally, depending on your activities, an insole should be replaced every 6 to 8 months, but it's preferable as otherwise they become very hard and quickly painful after several hours. I have purchased many insoles before randomly discovering these Podoways ones. They have changed daily life! Delighted to have found these. Hopefully, they will exist for many years without changing: firm underneath and a soft layer on top... Great job!

I've been wearing them for almost a week now and I feel much better. My foot pain has decreased, and the pain in my left ankle, which was very intense due to a poorly treated ligament sprain from 7 years ago, has also lessened. Now, I have other ligaments in distress such as the Achilles tendon and the ligaments under the foot. So far, this insole suits me perfectly.
