CAN I AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

You have 24 hours to modify your order. Simply notify us via email or through our online chat, and we will process the changes automatically.

DELIVERY:

Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation, including weekends and public holidays.

We aim to deliver your order within 5 to 7 days. Please note that some of our products are shipped from France, and delays may occur due to customs clearance, resulting in an extended delivery timeframe of up to 10 days.

RETURN:

Withdrawal Period: You have the right to return unwanted products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK distance selling regulations.

Return Conditions:

Condition of the Product: The product must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original accessories, packaging, and tags intact. Proper Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged for return to prevent damage during transit.

Confirmation and Instructions: Our support team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the product. Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned product and verification that it is in satisfactory condition, we will process a refund equivalent to the original purchase price, excluding initial shipping costs. In this case, simply send us a photo of the issue, and we will resend your order to you.

DO YOU STORE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?

No, however, we use the secure payment system Stripe, which may already have your card details stored.
